Easter
We did not hunt for Easter eggs. However, we did watch this adorable child (Zachary) hunt for eggs, which he decorated himself and helped his mom (Tara) hide. After getting up at 4 a.m. for the Easter Vigil service at the monastery, just about anything was amusing. The service was awesome. Anything with Psalms chanted antiphonally by candlelight and the Gospel reading sung in Fauxbourdon style has got to be pretty darn cool. Then again, perhaps I'm just biased, being an early music person.
